By mixing a tablespoon in a glass of juice or a sugar-free drink such as Crystal Light and drinking it three times a day half an hour before each meal, it helps to provide a feeling of satiety. It’s also reported to aid in elimination, flushing out built up toxins in the body, and possibly reducing the risk of colon cancer.
